How Does Venus Freeze Work?
Venus Freeze combines multi-polar radiofrequency with pulsed electromagnetic fields, known as (MP)² technology. Radiofrequency produces controlled heating in tissue beneath the surface, intended to support collagen remodelling and improve the appearance of firmness and wrinkles.
Despite its name, this is a heat-based treatment. The skin is left intact, and the applicator does not introduce needles or deliver a freezing treatment. Temperature, contact and movement are monitored throughout the session.

Is Venus Freeze Suitable for Me?
Consultation includes your medical history, medication, previous procedures and the condition of the treatment area. Tell us about implants or implanted electronic devices, pregnancy or IVF treatment, a history of cancer, thyroid disorders and any condition made worse by heat.
A pacemaker or defibrillator, certain implants, active infection or inflammation, and other medical conditions can prevent treatment. Radiofrequency can be considered across different skin tones, but suitability still needs an individual assessment.

Your Venus Freeze Treatment Experience
After assessment and consent, the skin is prepared and a contact gel is applied. The practitioner moves the selected applicator steadily over the area, monitoring the response and temperature.
Most people describe a warm, massage-like sensation, although comfort varies. Tell your practitioner immediately if the heat feels excessive, painful or uncomfortable so that the treatment can be adjusted or stopped.
A facial session is usually around 30 minutes. Other areas and combined face-and-neck appointments can differ; we will confirm the time needed for your plan. Arrive with clean skin and remove jewellery around the proposed treatment area as advised.
Results, Courses & Maintenance
Venus Freeze is usually planned as a course. Some changes may be noticed earlier, while collagen-related improvements develop over the following weeks and months. It is more useful to review progress across a course than to judge the final outcome immediately after the first session.

Results are not permanent because the skin continues to age. Maintenance can be discussed after the initial course. No particular number of treatments guarantees a specified lift, loss of inches or reduction in cellulite.
Downtime & Possible Side Effects
Most people can return to everyday activities shortly after treatment. Temporary warmth, redness or mild swelling may occur, so limited downtime does not mean that every person will have no visible reaction.
Radiofrequency carries a risk of heat injury, including burns, particularly if excessive heat is delivered. Other reactions may also occur. We will discuss your individual risks and aftercare before treatment rather than describing the procedure as risk-free.
Contact the clinic if redness or swelling persists, or if you notice blistering, increasing pain or an unexpected skin change. Avoid further heat or irritating products on an area that has reacted until you have received advice.
Aftercare & Supporting Your Results
Follow the advice given for your skin and treatment area. Gentle skincare, suitable moisturising products and daily sun protection can support a consistent skin-care routine. Ask when to resume active ingredients, vigorous exercise or heat exposure if your skin remains warm or sensitive.
